REFUNDS -
We do not accept refunds on orders that have already been shipped out & delivered to you. We also do not offer refunds if USPS has lost your items. Lost and missing items that have already been shipped out are the sole responsibility of USPS & you would have to contact them regarding your package. However we accept cancellations if your order has not been shipped out yet, to cancel an order that has yet to be shipped out please contact us at support@selffixated.com
EXCHANGES -
We only allow exchanges if the item(s) purchased still has the tags attached & have not been worn. Shipping charges for exchanges are also your responsibility, we will not cover shipping costs.
