REFUNDS -

We do not offer refunds if USPS has lost your items. Lost and missing items that have already been shipped out are the sole responsibility of USPS & you would have to contact them regarding your package. However we accept cancellations if your order has NOT been shipped out yet, to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped out please contact us at support@selffixated.com

EXCHANGES/RETURNS - 

We only allow exchanges &/or returns within 30 Days of receiving your package if the item(s) purchased have not been worn & in original condition. Shipping charges for exchanges are also your responsibility, we will not cover shipping costs. In cases of defective items/mistakes on our end, we will cover shipping costs.
